APPLE iPod NANO
The easiest way to do the C25K is to use Robert Ullrey's C25K podcasts, where he tells you when to walk, and when to run. To use the podcasts you need an mp3 player... anyone will do, but the iPod nano I've found to be a great little unit. It also works with the Nike iPod Sensor, another bonus. It's nice and small, but still gives you all the controls you need.
